Bosch associates help families

Bosch associate volunteers help low-income families

In August 2016, about 30 associates at Bosch’s Research and Technology Center in Palo Alto, California, spent a day designing and building two playhouses for low-income families as part of Habitat for Humanity’s Playhouse program. One playhouse for a family of four had a zombie theme, and the other was a castle design, complete with a king, queen and fire-breathing dragon, for a local military family.

For each playhouse created, Bosch donated $2,000 to benefit local, low-income families. The donation not only covered the cost of the house, but supported Habit for Humanity’s mission: bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.
